NOW Checking
Earn interest on your balances every day with the Peoples State Bank NOW Checking account. We pay competitive market rates on your collected balance each month. With an opening balance of $1,000.00 or more you can avoid the "gotcha" that some banks play when your balance dips below a certain level each month causes you to lose your interest earnings for an entire month.
Our NOW account gives you access to services such as Internet banking+, bill payment+, same-day credit, and bank-by-mail. You can access your account with either an ATM card or our MasterMoney card*. Of course, we'd love to have you drop by our lobby or drive-thru anytime.
There's no limit on the number of checks you can write each month and we'll send you back a picture of each one with your monthly statement. You'll avoid the maintenance fee of $12.00 for this premium account when the minimum balance of your account is $1,500.00 or more during the statement cycle.
# Interest is paid on collected balances only. Accounts closed prior to the end of the statement period forfeit all interest earned during the period. Other Fees may also apply.
